Roadside Libby

Andrew Van Winkle was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from Mac Arthur High School he attended the San Antonio College Fire Academy and was also certified as an EMT. He soon discovered that music was his true passion. He began playing guitar and writing music in 2002, with his main influences being Stevie Ray Vaughn, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Reckless Kelly. He soon began playing open Mic nights at Floore's Country Store, Gus and Woodrow's, and Tavern on the Gruene. He continued writing and playing, but soon wanted more. This is where Roadside Libby was formed. With the sounds of rock, blues, and country, Roadside Libby is the new sound of Texas Country.
